An exciting opportunity to lead one of London’s most iconic dining destinations. Yauatcha City is searching for a passionate, dynamic, and experienced General Manager to lead our exceptional team in delivering impeccable service and modern Cantonese cuisine in the City of London. As part of the globally renowned Tao Group Hospitality, Yauatcha City blends fine dining excellence with a contemporary, vibrant atmosphere. We’re looking for a leader who thrives in fast-paced, premium hospitality environments and is ready to make a lasting impact on our brand, guests, and team.
The ideal General Manager will be a natural leader and accomplished operator, with:
- A minimum of 5 years restaurant management experience within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in luxury restaurant or a venue would be a distinct advantage
- A good understanding of operational and financial needs as well as experience in guest profiling, managing budgets, forecasting and achieving commercial KPIs
- A genuine passion for hospitality, guest recognition, and delivering an exceptional and attentive service
- Excellence in leadership and delegation - able to inspire, develop and mentor a diverse and high-performing team
- Understanding of the International and UK hospitality/restaurant industry
- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
