We are in search for a dedicated and experienced Head Chef - Main Kitchen to join our Team at Yauatcha City!

The ideal Head Chef - Main Kitchen has:

  • Previous successful experience within luxury restaurants/hotels
  • Passion for cooking and exceptional service standards with attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
  • Good command of English and/or Mandarin Chinese with the ability to communicate confidently
  • Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor a kitchen team
  • Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation as well as menu development
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
