ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is one of the North West’s leading drainage and environmental services specialists. Due to continued growth in their tanker and off‑mains drainage operations, they are looking for an experienced and reliable Jet Vac / Vacuum Tanker Driver (HGV Class 2) to join their team. This is a hands‑on, varied role offering steady local work, quality equipment, proper training, and realistic earning potential — without regular nights away.
PAY & PACKAGE

THE ROLE
You will be responsible for operating our Clients Jet Vac / vacuumation units across domestic, commercial and off‑mains drainage work, including:
- Emptying septic tanks, treatment plants, wet wells and manholes
- High‑pressure jetting and large‑bore drain cleansing
- Emergency response to flooding, surcharges and blockages
- Safe collection, transport and disposal of wastewater
- Completion of waste transfer notes and duty of care paperwork
- Daily vehicle and equipment checks
- Completing digital job sheets and site notes
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
ESSENTIAL:
- HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Professional, safety‑focused approach to work
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable with physical, hands‑on work
DESIRABLE (training can be provided):
- CPC and Digital Tachograph card
- Previous jet‑vac / tanker / drainage experience
- Confined space, CSCS or HPWJ training
TRAINING & SAFETY
Our client places safety and competence first. All operators receive appropriate OEM tanker training and work to approved RAMS and safe systems of work.

HOURS
