We’re expanding our team and looking for an experienced Water Mains / Supply Pipe Engineer who takes pride in doing a job properly. If you enjoy working independently, solving problems on site and delivering high‑quality workmanship, this is a role where you’ll be valued for your expertise.

You’ll work across domestic and commercial properties, carrying out leak detection, repairs and installations on internal and external supply pipework. No two days are the same and you’ll have the autonomy to run your jobs professionally, with the support of a friendly, reliable team behind you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Leak detection and fault‑finding using industry‑standard equipment
  • Repairing supply pipes and ensuring systems are safely isolated
  • Installing and replacing water mains and external supply pipework
  • Completing excavation, access and reinstatement works
  • Testing, recommissioning and confirming the integrity of all repairs
  • Maintaining a clean, safe working environment and minimising disruption for customers
  • Completing accurate job reports and site documentation

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in water mains and supply pipe work
  • Strong background in leak detection and repair
  • Experience across domestic and commercial settings
  • Good understanding of Water Regulations / Byelaws
  • Ability to work independently and make confident decisions on site
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Experience with trenchless installation (moleing)
  • Plumbing or water‑industry qualifications

Desirable

  • Streetworks / NRSWA certification
