The Role
They are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper to support their clients and internal teams with day-to-day accounting. This is a perfect role for someone starting their bookkeeping career, looking to gain experience in a professional accountancy practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate client records and bookkeeping systems (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks, etc.)
- Process sales and purchase invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and client accounts
- Prepare VAT returns and assist with payroll where required
- Assist senior accountants with accounts preparation
- Support the team with ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks
About You
- Experience with bookkeeping or accounting software (Sage, Xero, QuickBooks)
