Our salons offer the latest in tanning technology, spray booths, slimming treatments, and teeth whitening, creating the ultimate experience for our customers.

We\’re now looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Salon Support Manager to join our Edinburgh team

About the Role

As a Salon Support Manager, you\’ll play a key role supporting salons across the Edinburgh area, stepping in to assist existing managers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role offers full training and the opportunity to progress to Level 3 Salon Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing daily salon operations and maintaining high standards
• Supporting and leading teams to achieve sales and service targets
• Completing salon reports, banking, rotas, and holiday planning
• Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong client relationships
• Providing management cover during absences, holidays, or busy periods

You\’ll start at Level 2 rate, with full support and a structured management development programme to help you reach Level 3 and beyond.

About You

We\’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in retail, customer service, or a fast-paced sales environment (minimum 1 year)
• Confident and motivated, with supervisory or team leader experience preferred
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently across multiple salon locations
• Positive, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a supportive team

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred (mileage allowance discussed at interview), though not essential if local travel works for you.

What We Offer

• £14.20 per hour (initial rate) – rising upon promotion to Level 3
• Fortnightly pay
• Uncapped commission, paid three times per year

Hours & Flexibility

• 32–40 hours per week (flexible to suit)
• Typically Monday to Friday, with some evening and weekend cover as needed
• Additional flexibility may be required to cover shifts and support other salons
