An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a busy and highly regarded law firm in London.
Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support across a range of residential property transactions, assisting with matters from instruction through to post-completion.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting fee earners throughout the conveyancing process from instruction to post-completion
- Preparing legal documentation, contract packs and correspondence
- Raising and reviewing enquiries under supervision
- Assisting with reports on title, searches and mortgage documentation
- Completing file opening, AML and compliance procedures
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
- Preparing completion statements, invoices and post-completion documentation
- Maintaining accurate records using the firm's case management system
- Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing or Real Estate is essential
- Experience as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant within a legal environment
- Good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive and professional approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
- Competitive salary dependent on experience
