An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Brighton.
Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will support a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, providing high-quality legal and administrative support within a busy and collaborative team.
- Preparing contract packs, legal documentation and correspondence
- Raising and reviewing enquiries under supervision
- Assisting with reports on title, searches and mortgage documentation
- Managing file opening, AML checks and general file administration
Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing or Real Estate is essential.
Experience as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant within a legal environment.
Strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
