Working within a busy Residential Conveyancing team, you will provide support to experienced fee earners handling a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. The Role
- Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions
- Opening and closing files
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
- Managing client onboarding and compliance procedures

- Supporting matters through to exchange and completion
- Providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction
The Candidate
- A minimum of 12 months' experience within a Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant, Paralegal or similar legal support role
- Previous exposure to Residential Conveyancing matters is essential
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and client care abilities
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively within a busy team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
