An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Injury Secretary / Administrative Assistant to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Chichester.
- Preparing legal correspondence and documentation through audio and copy typing
- Managing diaries, appointments and telephone enquiries
- Preparing mail and legal documentation for dispatch
Previous legal secretarial or administrative experience is essential. Excellent audio and copy typing skills, professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills are required. Experience using Proclaim would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
