An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Brighton.

Working alongside experienced fee earners, you will support a broad range of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, providing high-quality legal and administrative support within a busy and collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting fee earners with residential property transactions from instruction to post-completion
  • Preparing contract packs, legal documentation and correspondence
  • Raising and reviewing enquiries under supervision
  • Assisting with reports on title, searches and mortgage documentation
  • Managing file opening, AML checks and general file administration
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors
  • Preparing completion statements, invoices and post-completion documentation
  • Updating case management systems and maintaining accurate records
About You
  • Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing or Real Estate is essential
  • Experience as a Paralegal or Conveyancing Assistant within a legal environment
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
