An exciting and challenging role has been created by my London city-based client to manage the Business Support functions for this leading law firm. The role encompasses both business support and facilities management and requires someone who is highly organized and experienced in these areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with law firm operational experience to take ownership of the office's daily processes. The role involves interacting with internal and client stakeholders, where professionalism and presentation are essential. The post-holder will have excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.
Job Duties And Responsibilities
- The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that client suite delivery and the general office operations run smoothly and efficiently, providing an exceptional client experience.
- Responsibilities include overseeing facilities, client suite, and central support personnel, including supervision and line management.
- Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, and professional development of central support staff, in line with the firm's L&D and Emerging Talent processes.
- In collaboration with firm-wide policies and processes, key responsibilities include:
- Client Suite Delivery
- Facilities
- Health and Safety
- Finance
- Police, Risk, and Compliance
