This leadership role offers you the opportunity to work on high-impact, cross-border transactions while growing and leading a team of talented professionals.

Our Transaction Advisory team partners with clients ranging from start-ups to large corporations, providing advice on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring initiatives. We offer end-to-end support throughout the transaction lifecycle, helping businesses achieve their financial and strategic goals. As Head of Transaction Advisory, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across sectors and geographies, playing a key role in delivering tailored solutions to complex business challenges. - Executive & Client Engagement: Act as a senior trusted advisor to global clients, investors, and internal stakeholders on complex and strategic transaction matters, particularly for high-value or high-risk engagements.
- People & Leadership Management: Lead, mentor, and develop GTAD senior leadership, fostering accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture across regions and functions.
- Business Growth & Commercial Performance: Own the global GTAD growth agenda, including revenue performance, margin management, pipeline development, and expansion into new markets and service lines.
- Strategic Oversight: Ensure that transaction advisory services align with broader firm strategy, supporting long-term value creation rather than purely transactional outcomes.
- Risk & Quality Management: Maintain oversight of transaction risk, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance across all regions, ensuring robust controls and escalation mechanisms are in place.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other global leaders across finance, legal, strategy, and operations to deliver fully integrated, end-to-end transaction solutions.
