We’re looking for a Creator Executive to own and run influencer campaigns for our customers. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be responsible for campaign execution and results - while leveraging our AI agents to work smarter and faster. This role is ideal for someone who is AI-native: comfortable working alongside AI systems, knowing when to delegate tasks to agents and when human judgment, creativity, and relationship management matter most.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns for global brands
- Source, evaluate, and manage influencers across social media platforms
- Use and manage Tano’s AI agents to support campaign execution, reporting, and optimisation
- Make judgment calls on when to rely on AI agents vs. when to step in manually
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure delivery against KPIs
- Continuously improve campaign processes as we scale
- Worked on influencer marketing campaigns previously
- Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- AI-native mindset: excited to work with AI tools and agents, not intimidated by them
- Proven experience in influencer marketing (agency, platform, or brand-side)
- Strong understanding of influencer trends and creator economics
- Background at a fast-growing startup or agency
- Familiarity with performance reporting and campaign analytics
- Experience working with AI tools, automation, or agent-based workflows
