Tanners Wines are looking for a creative, organised and enthusiastic Junior Digital Content & Social Media Administrator to support our social media and website content activity.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating engaging content, has a good eye for photography and design, and is confident using Adobe Photoshop and / or Canva. You will help manage day-to-day social media activity, create visual content and support the wider digital team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design social media graphics, templates and promotional materials using Canva and / or Adobe Photoshop.
  • Take and edit high-quality photographs for social media, websites and marketing materials.
  • Create, edit and schedule engaging social media content across platforms including Instagram and Facebook alongside our Digital Marketing Lead.
  • Support photoshoots, events, and behind-the-scenes content.
  • Maintain and update the social media content calendar.
  • Monitor comments, messages and engagement and respond appropriately.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging content styles.
  • Assist with product data and digital campaigns on website.
  • Monitor basic social media analytics and report on content performance.
  • Ensure all content follows the company's brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Coordinating with external photographers, as well as managing digital assets (resizing, labelling, storing).
  • Basic video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics and insights.
  • Experience with product, lifestyle or event photography.
  • Practical experience using Shopify – product maintenance and content updates.

What You Should Know:

  • This is a full-time position based in our Shrewsbury office
  • Wine knowledge is not essential in this role, however a keen interest in learning about wine will stand you in good stead and enable you to fulfil your role more effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
  • You’ll need to be organised, creative, efficient, and a reliable team player
  • A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks are key
  • A full, clean driving licence is required
  • You will report directly to the eCommerce Manager
