KS2 Teacher with TLR Responsibility – KS2 Lead

• Is passionate about ensuring that every child,including disadvantaged pupils and those with SEND, is able to succeed.

• Can use assessment and pupil outcomeseffectively to identify priorities and drive improvement.
• Is committed to developing a consistentapproach to teaching, learning and curriculum delivery across KS2.
• Is enthusiastic, positive and willing tocontribute fully to the wider life of the school.
• Will support and promote the Christian ethosand values of our Church of England school.

As KS2 Lead,you will:

• Provide leadership and support for colleaguesacross KS2.
• Monitor the quality of teaching, learning and pupiloutcomes within the key stage.
• Support curriculum development and ensureconsistency and progression across KS2.
• Work with teachers to identify pupils whorequire additional support or challenge and ensure appropriate provisionis in place.
• Contribute to school improvement planning andthe evaluation of the school's priorities.
• Work closely with the Headteacher andleadership team to continue to raise standards.
• Help create a positive, ambitious culturewhere pupils and staff can thrive.
