We are working with a growing organisation that relies heavily on Zoho Creator to power its internal business systems. They are looking for an experienced Zoho Developer with a strong Creator and Deluge background to design, build, and maintain complex custom applications. This is a hands-on, Creator-focused role. While integrations with other Zoho products and third-party platforms are part of the work, the core responsibility is developing and optimising Zoho Creator applications using advanced Deluge scripting. If your experience is primarily limited to Zoho CRM or configuration-only work, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex Zoho Creator applications in line with defined briefs and scopes
- Build, optimise, and maintain advanced Deluge scripts, including business logic, workflows, and user-defined functions
- Work confidently within complex Creator environments involving multiple data relationships and interdependent workflows
- Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho products and third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring secure authentication and data integrity
- Maintain and enhance existing applications through troubleshooting, performance optimisation, and refactoring legacy Deluge code
- Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend or customise Zoho Creator Pages where standard components are insufficient
- Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and clearly communicate technical designs, constraints, and limitations
- Essential
- Strong, demonstrable commercial experience with Zoho Creator
- Advanced Deluge scripting skills with complex workflows and business logic
- Proven experience maintaining and extending existing Zoho Creator applications
- Comfortable working within complex application and data landscapes
- Ability to deliver against defined briefs and scopes
- Important: Experience limited mainly to Zoho CRM or non-Creator Zoho products is not sufficient for this role.
- Desirable
- Exposure to cloud and serverless technologies
- Familiarity with AWS core services
- Experience with: AWS Lambda, AWS API Gateway
