Job Title: Senior Support Engineer / Infrastructure Engineer
Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 per annum
Employment Type: Permanent
Security Clearance: UKSV SC Minimum
Office Location: Devon with flexibility for some home working

About the Role
My client, a leading Managed Services provider, is seeking a Senior Support Engineer to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work within Defence and Government environments, handling complex technical challenges and ensuring high-availability services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Configure/administer M365, Azure, AWS
2. Manage VMware, VDI Virtualisation
3. Support Windows & Linux Servers, SQL Server
4. Maintain Networks (Cisco/HP), Firewalls (Fortinet/Cisco NG)
5. Oversee Storage Area Networks and documentation

Desirable Skills & Certifications:

1. M365/Azure & AWS Architecture
2. Cybersecurity (CISSP, M365 Security)
3. Networking (CCNA/CCNP), PowerShell, DevOps

Security Clearance Requirements:

1. Sole UK nationals only due to customer project restrictions
2. UK MOD security clearance preferred or willingness to obtain
