SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead - UK (Remote / Hybrid)Permanent | Full-time | Travel up to 20%
My client, a leading global technology and consulting organisation, is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA FICO Lead to join their expanding UK SAP practice. This is an exciting opportunity to lead major SAP finance transformations across multiple industries, working closely with senior finance stakeholders and global delivery teams.
The RoleThe successful candidate will take ownership of the design and delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions. Responsibilities include running client workshops, gathering requirements, translating business needs into SAP best practices, managing integration with other modules (SD, MM, PS), and overseeing data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare. You will also mentor and guide FICO consultants, ensuring high-quality delivery across project phases.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 2 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield)
Strong expertise in GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, Product Costing, and COPA
Solid understanding of IFRS/local GAAP, tax, and financial compliance
Experience with SAP Activate, Solution Manager, and Agile delivery tools
Confident communication with senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, Controllers, etc.)
Desirable
Knowledge of Central Finance, Group Reporting, RAR, or Treasury
SAP Finance certification or professional qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
