Key Responsibilities
- Trimming and finishing carbon fibre and composite components.
- Working from drawings, templates and trim specifications.
- Using hand and power tools to achieve accurate component dimensions.
- Drilling, cutting, sanding and finishing composite parts.
- Carrying out visual and dimensional quality checks.
- Working closely with laminators and production/engineering teams.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness and workshop safety.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Composite Trimmer / Composite Technician.
- Ideally 3-5+ years' experience within automotive, motorsport or a similar high-performance manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience working with carbon fibre composites.
- Confident using composite trimming and finishing tools.
- Able to work accurately to drawings and specifications
