The Role: As a CRM Dynamics Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics-based solutions while maintaining integrated IT services across the business. This is a critical role, working in a fast-paced environment to ensure the smooth operation of business-critical systems. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions (2015/2016/Dynamics 365 – Customer Service & Field Service Modules). ✔️ Develop custom plug-ins, workflows, and API integrations to enhance CRM functionality. ✔️ Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure adherence to design and development standards. ✔️ Conduct unit, performance, and usability testing to deliver high-quality, error-free solutions. ✔️ Participate in system upgrades, releases, and change management processes. ✔️ Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers. ✔️ Support production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and rapid issue resolution.
