Location: South Devon (with travel across UK project sites).
We're working with a leading marine contractor seeking a Marine Operative to support a range of coastal and inshore projects across the UK, including marinas, piling, seawalls, and estuary works.
The Role:
- Assist with marine construction and maintenance activities.
- Support vessels, pontoons, and site operations.
- Carry out manual handling, lifting, and equipment use.
- Ensure all health & safety standards are followed.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in marine or construction environments preferred.
- Practical, hands-on approach and strong work ethic.
- Willingness to travel and work outdoors in varied conditions.
- Relevant certifications (CSCS, CPCS, marine tickets) beneficial.
Location & Travel:
- Ideally based in South Devon.
- Candidates considered from Cornwall, Somerset, or nearby (within reasonable distance e.g. No further than Bristol/Bournemouth).
- When not on site, you'll be based at the South Devon office.
Package:
- Salary dependent on experience, qualifications, and certifications.
- Overtime available on projects.
- All travel, accommodation, and subsistence fully covered and organised.
