The Role:
As an Associate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in our continued growth and success. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels
- Conducting screening calls and assessments to match candidates with suitable roles
- Providing expert advice and support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Meeting and exceeding performance targets
