Role DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Sales and Estimating Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis, working from our offices based in Thurnscoe near Doncaster / Rotherham, 8am – 5pm, Monday to Thursday, with an early finish on a Friday at 4pm.
- Research potential customers and source enquiries for steel tank and aluminium roof projects.
- Estimate costs and prepare quotes with guidance from the sales manager.
- Support the sales manager in securing revenue-generating projects aligned with company strategy.
- Follow defined sales strategies to meet targets set by the Sales Manager.
- Update and maintain the company CRM.
- Pursue leads and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote the brand through marketing activities and customer visits.
- Follow up on concrete quotes and share updates with the team.
- Maintain clear communication with the Sales Manager to meet customer and company needs.
- Uphold the company's core values in all activities.

About YouWe’re seeking a confident, organised, and enthusiastic individual who is keen to grow with us.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients and team members.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite primarily Excel; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in an on-site setting.
- Previous experience in sales and estimating within a mechanical/construction environment is ideal; however, a willingness to learn is even more important.
