About the Role:

  • Drive the development of improved dispatch and material handling process
  • Collaborate with production, logistics and procurement teams to ensure smooth dispatch operations
  • Manage inventory flow using kanban systems and stock tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely replenishment
  • Utilize the ERP system to adhere to the company’s delivery standards including quality control

Requirements:

  • Experience in a warehouse, dispatch or manufacturing environment
  • Forklift license (OSH, F endorsement) preferred but not essential
  • NZ Driver’s license
  • Physically fit, able to lift heavy items safely
  • Confident using a scanning system and Microsoft Suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive attitude with experience working in a team environment
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative and contribute ideas for continuous improvement
  • Self-driven, organised and able to work independently when required
