This is a fast-paced, high-volume retailer with 25+ stores across NZ. The Role: As the Store Manager, you’ll have a passion for retail and be motivated to lead your team and the store to success:
- Coaching and developing the team to build their capabilities and unlock their potential.
- Driving store targets and KPIs by motivating the team leading by example, and driving culture.
- Overseeing and managing all store operations, i.e. visual merchandising, stock, sales reports, rosters.
- HR Functions - Performance management, termination & recruitment.
About You: We are seeking an experienced people-first management candidate with:
- Strong leadership experience and proven management experience of 5+ years.
- A confident, resilient and outgoing personality!
- High level and understanding and experience with retail operations.
- Provides exceptional customer service in a busy environment.
- Adaptable, flexible and can work well under pressure and work within a high-volume and fast-paced business!
