We’re looking for a Senior Project and Process Engineer or Project Delivery Manager who knows their way around capital project delivery — ideally in liquid processing or the pulp and paper industry. This is not your average PM gig. You’ll be at the helm of high-value, high-impact projects, where your ability to quote accurately, engage stakeholders, and push through roadblocks will make or break success. If you live for driving results and hate hearing “that can’t be done” — we want you.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning and delivering capital projects from concept through to completion
- High-level quoting and accurate scoping (no cost blowouts on your watch)
- Driving outcomes, timelines, and urgency with a 'get-it-done' mindset
- Engaging and managing contractors (this is not a maintenance role!)
- Communicating clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders
- Keeping the wheels turning — even when the going gets tough
What you'll bring:
- Solid project delivery experience in capital projects
- Background in liquid processing or pulp and paper (ideal but not essential)
- Sharp quoting skills — you know what things really cost
- Top-tier communication and stakeholder management skills
- Contractor engagement experience (not just vendors — real on-site delivery)
- A relentless drive for deadlines, outcomes, and excellence
- The ability to take control of a project and make things happen
What’s on offer:
- 12-month contract with potential to extend
- Diverse range of capital projects — no two weeks the same
- Great hourly rate – we're talking very competitive
- Monday to Friday work (some flexibility required)
