We are partnering with a leading company in benchtop fabrication, known for offering an extensive range of high-quality benchtop surface solutions. The company takes pride in providing expert guidance to customers in selecting and handcrafting tailored designs that meet their specific needs.

Our client is looking for a skilled CNC Programmer & Operator to join their team. In this role, you will manage a small team of up to four direct reports, report to the Business Owner, and play a pivotal role in fabrication and sequencing other ancillary tasks. Ideally, the team leader will have experience and knowledge in the stone benchtop fabrication process, including:

  • Operating a CNC bridge saw
  • Operating an edge polisher
  • Programming and operating a CNC stone router using digital templates
  • Hand fabrication skills are beneficial but not essential

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as a CNC Programmer & Operator in a stone fabrication environment (or similar environment)
  • Previous experience guiding a team, ensuring efficient workflow and fostering collaboration
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
