About the Role

We are currently seeking a motivated Civil Labourer with Wheels, Tracks, and Rollers (WTR) endorsement to join a growing crew. You’ll be involved in projects including earthworks, roading, drainage, site prep, and general civil labouring.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery such as rollers, diggers, and other civil plant equipment
• Supporting site foremen with labouring duties
• Assisting with drainage, trenching, roading, and concrete works
• Maintaining a clean and safe worksite
• Following all health and safety protocols

Requirements

• Class 1 Driver’s Licence (Class 2+ advantageous)
• Good physical fitness and manual task ability
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Based in Christchurch
• Work or residential visa or NZ passport
