As part of this ongoing success, they are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their engineering team. This is a key role focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production equipment, helping to maximise reliability and minimise downtime across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs
  • Diagnose and fault-find on both mechanical and electrical systems
  • Work closely with production teams to maintain operational performance and efficiency
  • Complete maintenance documentation accurately
  • Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in line with health & safety procedures
Requirements
  • Strong multi-skilled maintenance background with both mechanical and electrical experience
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
  • Able to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Proactive and practical approach with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement
