As part of this ongoing success, they are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to their engineering team. This is a key role focused on ensuring the smooth and efficient running of production equipment, helping to maximise reliability and minimise downtime across the site.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown repairs
- Diagnose and fault-find on both mechanical and electrical systems
- Work closely with production teams to maintain operational performance and efficiency
- Complete maintenance documentation accurately
- Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in line with health & safety procedures
- Strong multi-skilled maintenance background with both mechanical and electrical experience
- Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is essential
- Able to work well under pressure and prioritise workloads effectively
- Proactive and practical approach with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Confident communicator with a positive attitude towards continuous improvement
