Role Description
This is a partl-time remote role for a Door Supervisor. The Door Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the safety and security of premises and events, conducting security checks, managing access control, preventing unauthorised entry, and diffusing potential conflicts. Additionally, the Door Supervisor will complete thorough incident reports and collaborate with other security personnel to maintain a secure environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in door supervision, site security, and event security
- Proficient in conducting security checks and managing access control
- Strong conflict resolution, incident reporting, and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best security practices
- Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Door Supervisor license
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in corporate security, residential security, and NHS hospital security is a plus
