Key Responsibilities
- Maintain gardens to high standards, seasonally appropriate
- Perform gardening tasks: planting, weeding, pruning, lawn care, pathway maintenance
- Ensure pathways, entrances, exits, and parking areas are safe and clean
- Maintain tools and equipment, keep storage areas tidy and secure
- Engage residents in gardening activities to promote independence
- Understand and cater to residents' gardening preferences
- Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs
- Perform painting and decorating to high standards
- Handle general maintenance tasks within the home
