Key Responsibilities

• Maintain gardens to high standards, seasonally appropriate
• Perform gardening tasks: planting, weeding, pruning, lawn care, pathway maintenance
• Ensure pathways, entrances, exits, and parking areas are safe and clean
• Maintain tools and equipment, keep storage areas tidy and secure
• Engage residents in gardening activities to promote independence
• Understand and cater to residents\’ gardening preferences
• Carry out routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Perform painting and decorating to high standards
• Handle general maintenance tasks within the home
• Communicate effectively with external contractors
• Check and record water temperatures for sinks, showers, and baths

Experience is preferred but not essential; we encourage all interested applicants to get in touch.
