The Role
As a commercially driven senior manager, you will own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of Tangle Teezer’s Amazon International marketplace presence, driving revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
Responsibilities
- International Expansion & Market Launches – Own strategy for new market launches, run demand analyses, plan deals, navigate cross‑border logistics.
- Global Selection Management – Identify strategic selection opportunities and partner with marketing to optimise listings for regional markets.
- Localization – Oversee account set‑up in owned regions, ensuring customer experience meets local standards.
- Financial Management – Manage P&L for owned regions, set and achieve sales and margin targets.
- Channel Roadmap – Define and execute long‑term roadmap for owned regions aligned with corporate growth objectives.
- Market Share & Positioning – Monitor industry trends, competitors, consumer behaviour to drive top‑line sales and protect brand equity.
- Data Analysis & Reporting – Analyse complex datasets via Amazon portals, Brand Analytics and third‑party tools, presenting monthly and quarterly performance reports.
- Advertising & Content – Work with the Digital team to set TROAS targets, optimise advertising at regional level, and improve product listings on Amazon (keywords, images, A+, detail pages).
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Align with Operations and Logistics on forecasting, supply‑chain models and inventory flow; share product‑development feedback from Amazon reviews; mentor junior account managers.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central accounts.
- Demonstrated success launching brands into at least two non‑domestic Amazon marketplaces.
- Technical expertise of Amazon ads ecosystem and supply‑chain programs (Dropshipping, FBA).
- Experience with third‑party tools such as Profetiro, H10/Keepa.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, resilient problem‑solving ability and independent working capability.
- Excellent communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
