The Role We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of brand and product marketing strategies across the UK market.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in beauty or lifestyle brands, who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is eager to make a tangible impact.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns including digital, social, PR, influencer, retail, and experiential.
- Product Launches: Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, working closely with NPD, sales, and global teams.
- Influencer & PR: Manage influencer partnerships and PR activations to drive awareness and engagement.
- Insights & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform future strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Team Leadership: Champion the development and success of a Junior Marketing Manager.
- Distributor Marketing Support: Share best practices and campaign learnings across global distributor markets to continuously optimize marketing efforts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Trade Marketing Manager, Sales & Social teams to support growth initiatives.
- What we are looking for in you
- 4-6 years of marketing experience, ideally within the beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.
- Strong understanding of UK consumer and retail landscape.
- Experience managing 360° campaigns and working with external agencies.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
