The Role
We are looking for a sharp, commercially‑minded E‑commerce Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketplace and cross‑border growth strategy across the UK, Europe, and new international territories. Your primary focus (approximately 75%) will be steering the Amazon ecosystem, alongside social commerce and omnichannel data analysis. You will act as the strategic contact for our external specialist agency partners, holding them accountable to tight efficiency targets across multiple regions and ensuring their media strategy aligns with our macro business goals.
Responsibilities
- Directing the agency: Lead weekly and monthly performance reviews with our external marketplace agency across all active European stores (UK, DE, FR, IT, ES) and future expansion markets.
- Accountability & Auditing: Audit the agency's campaign structures, bidding strategies, and keyword choices using Amazon Ads console and Paid Social ad managers, holding them to strict performance metrics.
- Global Budget Agility: Analyse multi‑market ad performance and partner with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager to shift budgets from under‑performing regions or products into high‑converting campaigns.
- Paid Social & Programmatic Funnels: Direct the agency on structuring external traffic funnels (META, TikTok Ads, Amazon DSP) to feed our marketplace listings and drive top‑of‑funnel spend efficiently to conversions.
- Storefront & Catalogue: Oversee our Amazon Brand Stores, SEO, A+ Content, and product listings, ensuring optimisation and updates for seasonal campaigns.
- Localisation: Ensure all product copy, imagery, and ad creatives are culturally adapted and localised for specific consumer behaviours.
- Unified reporting: Extract raw data from Amazon Central, META, and TikTok Ads to create a single unified, multi‑currency source of truth for the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

We recognise imposter syndrome can deter skilled candidates, so we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet every requirement.
- 3‑4+ years working in a fast‑paced digital environment, familiar with agency reporting and spotting inefficiencies.
- Deep strategic understanding of scaling across marketplaces with fluent Amazon knowledge and localised keyword expertise.
- Comfortable evaluating ad‑bidding anomalies in spreadsheets and critiquing TikTok video asset hook rates while maintaining brand guidelines.
- Commercial gravitas to challenge external partners, push back on performance data, and hold them to tight metrics.
- Exceptional data literacy with proficiency in large Excel datasets (pivot tables, formulas) and data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI) to spot localised trends.
Nice to Haves
- An agency background for challenging cross‑border data and optimising output.
- Social Commerce Exposure: Hands‑on familiarity with the TikTok Shop ecosystem, including creator affiliate dynamics and native social ad setups.
