Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-enabled liquidity platform and advisor focused on providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private equity secondaries market. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly analytical and motivated Analyst to join our Deal Team. This is a full-time remote role for candidates with 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth Fintech environment. Strong financial modeling skills, attention to detail, and a demonstrated interest or experience in the secondaries space are key, and a CFA qualification is preferred. This role is best suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Job Description:
- Work across all stages of the deal lifecycle, including sourcing, underwriting, execution, and portfolio monitoring.
- Build, analyze and update financial models for investments in private equity, private credit, and real estate/infrastructure secondaries to support transaction analysis and portfolio structuring.
- Conduct sector and market research to support investment theses and origination efforts.
- Work cross-functionally with the technology, product, and legal teams to structure and present investment opportunities.
- Prepare periodic management reports and presentations.
