The Company is a leading UK Medical Devices distributor which partners exclusively with many manufacturers. This company offers a medical devices portfolio of products for minimally invasive surgery and the surgical operation room. The product portfolio includes: Laparoscopic Instruments, Gastric Bougies, Endoscopes and Imaging, Flexible Endoscopes, Endo Urology / BPH, Patient Positioning, Surgical Retraction, within Gynaecology, Lower GI / Colorectal, Urology, Upper GI / Bariatrics and Robotics.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing team that is making a significant impact in the medical device industry. The Medical Sales Representative will drive sales and market expansion across the West Midlands, managing key accounts and executing strategic opportunities.

As Medical Sales Representative, you will:

  • Achieve regional sales plan.
  • Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders in the NHS and private sectors.
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve sales and market penetration targets.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and tenders in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Provide clinical support, training, and market access insights to enhance product adoption.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers, finance managers, and referring clinicians.
  • Monitor competitive activity.
