The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
This field-based, territory management role nurturing and developing relationships within a nominated Wholesaler distributer network across the Midlands region. You will be responsible for growing and expanding existing relationships, as well as creating business beyond the Wholesaler with Electrical Contractors, Local Authorities, Housing Developers and Specifiers etc., creating product demand for projects and directing business back through the Wholesaler. Focusing on the company’s portfolio of Cable Management products, Wiring Accessories, Power Distribution Units and Switchgear solutions, you will train and support your customers to ensure they have the knowledge and confidence in the products to sell them to their own customers effectively. You will be client facing most of your time, meeting with customers in-branch and building relationships at all levels, from back office to the warehouse, from trade counter to managers. Full training and continuous coaching will be given and there is plenty of scope for progression. The Person * Experience of the Electrical Wholesaler marketplace * Switchgear, Wiring Accessories, Cable Containment and / or Power Distribution product knowledge is essential * A self-motivated individual with the ability to work on his or her own initiative to ensure targets are achieved * Well organised, with the ability to manage own time and prioritise workload * Ability to make decisions in line with business, customer and client needs * Excellent problem-solving skills and communication skills both written and verbal The Company With over 45 years of manufacturing experience, this UK-based company provides a broad portfolio of electrical products and service.
