A £13m t/o business, they sell a wide portfolio of decorative lighting solutions. This role is within the company's fast-growing Projects business unit, focusing on projects within the Hospitality, Retail and Leisure sectors - an area which has huge potential for further growth and expansion.
The Role
You will focus on maximising project revenue within the existing customer base, as well as identifying, securing and growing new business opportunities with new clients. This is an exciting time to join; you have the opportunity to make the role your own, be entrepreneurial and creative. The team will expand from here, building on the foundation you create.
The Person
- You will have existing relationships within the Hospitality, Retail and Leisure sector, and project experience within these arenas, within Lighting.
- You will understand the routes to market for these industry sectors.
- You will be a cup half full individual, someone with positive energy, who connects with people easily.
- Calm under pressure, you will be accountable, a decision maker, someone who is self-sufficient and hard working.
- You will be open to sharing your and others' knowledge and ideas; there are no egos in this team!
