Sales Account Manager (Medical Devices) East Midlands Region (Including Anglia)

Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 plus uncapped OTE (circa £15K yr 1 at 100% of target), company car or car allowance.

A leading UK Medical Devices distributor partnering exclusively with many UK and European medical devices manufacturers. The product portfolio includes: Laparoscopic Instruments, Gastric Bougies, Endoscopes and Imaging, Flexible Endoscopes, Endo Urology / BPH, Patient Positioning, Surgical Retraction, within Gynaecology, Lower GI / Colorectal, Urology, Upper GI / Bariatrics and Robotics.

The Role

Drive sales and market expansion for the company's multi-disciplinary product portfolio across your designated region, in NHS and Private hospitals, managing key accounts and executing strategic opportunities.

You will:

  • Identify and engage key accounts, KOLs, and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement project plans to achieve sales and market penetration targets.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts, pricing, and tenders in coordination with senior leadership.
  • Provide clinical support, training, and market access insights to enhance product adoption.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with decision-makers, finance managers, and referring clinicians.
  • Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.

You will bring

  • Previous experience in the sale of medical devices, with in-theatre experience.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
  • A valid UK driving license.
