About the role
We’re looking for a SQL & PowerApps Developer to join our growing IT team at Tangerine Group. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll design and deliver business‑critical applications and reporting tools that streamline data input, improve visibility, and enable teams across the business to work more efficiently. Working closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Finance and the wider Senior Management Team, you’ll play a key role in transforming Excel‑based and manual processes into robust, scalable, and globally fit‑for‑purpose applications.
What you’ll be doing
As SQL & PowerApps Developer, you’ll be responsible for both maintaining business‑as‑usual systems and driving improvement through automation and smarter data solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining SQL solutions to support reporting and operational needs
- Owning and managing CRM data on a global scale
- Designing, building and delivering PowerApps solutions to meet business requirements, including:
- Manufacturing MI and BI dashboards for performance, efficiency and production optimisation
- User‑friendly data input interfaces (CRUD functionality)
- Automated workflows and notification systems
- PDF outputs and reporting tools
- Administrative portals to manage SQL tables, users and in‑app permissions
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about automation, data, and delivering solutions that make a real impact. You’ll bring:
- Proven experience designing, developing and delivering applications, ideally for users across multiple countries
- Expert knowledge of SQL and data structures
- Strong PowerApps experience, including responsive UI design, layouts and controls
- Experience with data integration and migration
- Exposure to APIs and system integrations
Technical experience with the following is highly desirable:
- Azure services integrated with the Power Platform (Azure AD, SQL, Azure Functions)
- Data integrations using Excel, SharePoint and SQL Server
- HTML, JavaScript, ReactJS, JSON and/or XML

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- A proactive mindset with a genuine thirst for learning and continuous improvement
