About the Role
We’re looking for a professional and friendly Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Boundary Road office. This is a key front-of-house role, ensuring all visitors and callers receive an exceptional first impression while supporting the wider Customer Services team with essential administrative tasks. If you’re organised, confident, and enjoy helping people, this is a great opportunity to join a busy team where no two days are the same. Hours will predominantly be 1-7pm, with flexibility required between the hours of 7am-7pm.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Reception & Front of House
- Answering all incoming calls professionally and directing them appropriately.
- Greeting all site visitors and ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Managing meeting room calendars and keeping diaries up to date.
- Opening, distributing, and sending post, including month-end franking charges.
- Ordering stationery and maintaining stock levels.
- Supporting with general admin tasks such as mailshots, laminating, and updating spreadsheets.
- Attending staff meetings and training when required.
- Travelling to other sites as needed.
- Carrying out additional duties in line with the needs of the business.
