Tangerine Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to own maintenance, security, safety and operational effectiveness across a diverse portfolio of properties. You will lead facilities and maintenance teams, manage contractors, oversee budgets and projects, and drive continuous improvements to deliver safe, efficient environments for staff and visitors.
Based at multiple sites across Fylde Coast, you will ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, coordinate planned maintenance.
