About The Role – Up To £45,000 Per Annum
Tangerine are recruiting for an organised and hard-working Construction Project Manager to join our team.
This dynamic and varied role will require you to manage multiple projects at any given time.
You will be a ‘hands on’ Manager who has an existing trade, preferably a joiner with shop fitting or similar experience.
Main duties (but not limited to) …
- Full responsibility for agreed construction projects.
- Regular communication and updates on projects to all stakeholders.
- Provide clear direction and leadership to the in-house building team.
- Manage all sub-contractors working on projects.
- Work within agreed budgets.
- Ensure that all project paperwork is kept up to date.
About You
- Experience in shop fitting or similar would be helpful.
- Previous project management experience within the construction industry is essential.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of seniority.
- Proactive individual who provides leadership by example.
