The role
We’re looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative to help build and scale our sales pipeline. You’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying new sales opportunities, acting as the first point of contact for prospective customers. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on experience, clear progression, and meaningful ownership.
What you’ll be doing
- Researching and identifying target accounts and prospects aligned with our ideal customer profile
- Prospecting outbound via email, phone, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Responding to and qualifying inbound leads to understand needs, challenges, and intent
- Conducting discovery conversations and qualifying opportunities before handing over to Account Executives
- Booking high-quality meetings and product demos for the wider sales team
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
- Working closely with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting, and campaigns
- Testing new outreach approaches and continuously improving conversion through feedback and learning
What we’re looking for
