The Role: Motivated and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to be based in our London office, playing a key role in driving our growth within the UK market. As an SDR, you will generate new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients, contributing directly to growth in the region. Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Research and identify potential SME clients within the UK involved in international trade who could benefit from payment and FX solutions.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce services and qualify interest.
  • Pipeline Support: Work closely with the wider sales team to book qualified meetings and ensure a smooth handoff of prospects.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor offerings within the UK fintech and payments landscape to refine outreach strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Share insights and collaborate with marketing and sales colleagues to improve messaging and campaign effectiveness.

About You:

  • Experience: In B2B sales, lead generation, or business development role, ideally within fintech, financial services, or SaaS. Internship experience also considered for highly motivated candidates.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Curiosity and Drive: A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining energy and professionalism.
  • Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with or interest in UK business practices and the London fintech ecosystem is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
