The role
Graduate Customer Success Manager at one of London\’s leading tech employers
You\’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure they achieve their desired outcomes while using a company\’s product or service. Your role combines customer support, account management, and proactive engagement to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth
Experience in account management, customer support, sales, training, and project management translates well into a Customer Success role. Strong relationship-building, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Backgrounds in consulting, SaaS, or marketing can also be valuable, especially if they involve helping clients achieve their goals.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
What do I need?
You must be able to work in the UK without needing sponsorship/visa
