We’re looking for entry level graduates, non-graduates and career changers as Tangent’s network grows globally across London, Dublin, Amsterdam, New York and more. The starting salary is €30-€60k + commission.

What is Tangent
Tangent has created a new way to apply for jobs where industry expert mentors already working in the best companies provide free mentoring and support through the application process. On Tangent jobseekers sign-up and then connect with mentors for help with their CV, applications, industry advice and even support with salary negotiations. In today’s job market it’s almost impossible to get hired without the help of a mentor, they’ve been through the process in their career and want to give back by volunteering.
Tangent is a social impact platform built to help socially diverse backgrounds break into tech. Only 9% of tech employees come from low socioeconomic backgrounds, despite them making up 39% of the total population! That\’s worse than law, consulting and banking! We’re on a mission to change this and we need your help!
No previous experience or a degree is required, just a passion for the mission – helping jobseekers get hired with the help of a mentor.
What You\’ll Do:
* Lead Generation: Proactively identify and research potential client companies who would benefit from Tangent\’s services.
* Outreach: Initiate contact with target accounts through various channels, including cold calling, email marketing, and social media.
* Qualification: Qualify leads based on their needs and suitability for Tangent\’s offering.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organisations.
* Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all activities and opportunities within our CRM system.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to achieve shared goals.
* Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
