The role

We’re looking for a driven and curious Business Development Representative to help fuel our growth. You’ll be on the front line of our sales motion, identifying potential customers, starting meaningful conversations, and booking qualified meetings for the wider sales team. This is a great role for someone early in their sales career who wants clear progression and real responsibility.

What you’ll be doing

  • Researching and identifying prospective customers that match our ideal customer profile
  • Reaching out to prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn and other channels
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads to understand needs, challenges and buying intent
  • Booking high-quality meetings for Account Executives
  • Keeping CRM data accurate and up to date
  • Collaborating closely with sales and marketing to refine messaging and targeting
  • Continuously improving outreach through testing, learning and feedback

What we’re looking for

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence speaking with new people and asking good questions
  • Resilience and a positive mindset when facing rejection
  • Organised and detail-oriented, with good time management
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and sales tech or keen to learn quickly
  • Previous experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or startups is a bonus but not essential
