The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
You will lead a team of Project Managers to deliver some of our largest and highest profile clients. You’ll be involved throughout the project lifecycle from pitch, to discovery, design and delivery across a range of projects from technical innovation, brand strategy to large scale application builds. The career development of the PM team will be a key focus for you, holding quarterly appraisals and providing regular opportunities for knowledge sharing, as well as more formal training. You’ll also be responsible for hiring freelance and permanent staff into your team. We’d love you to be involved in improving our delivery processes, tools and documentation across the agency.
What we are looking for:
- A highly motivated Project Director who has managed large teams and programmes of work, passionate about digital and customer experience.
- A sound technical understanding and well versed in agile and waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to manage clients with £1m+ budgets.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience delivering to revenue targets.
- A hands-on approach.
- Fantastic client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Confident presenting at board level.
- Prince 2, Scrum master qualified (ideal but not essential).
- 5+ years agency experience delivering brand, experience strategy, web builds, content management systems, applications builds.
- Experience working with remote teams and third parties.
- Experience with Project Management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project, Confluence, Trello, JIRA).
